Hey Product Hunt! I’m Thien, the solo developer behind Sublingo 👋 I’ve been learning English through movies, YouTube, and TV shows for years. The hardest part was never finding content — it was staying consistent. I’d save words… then forget to review them. I’d plan to practice tomorrow… then never do it. So I built something a little extreme 😅 Sublingo Practice blocks distracting websites until you finish your daily language practice. No endless scrolling before your brain gets at least 1 useful rep in. Here’s how it works: Learn from Netflix & YouTube subtitles Save words instantly while watching Generate smart flashcards automatically Practice with listening, quizzes, and fill-in-the-blank exercises FSRS spaced repetition (same system used by Anki) Set a daily goal — and unlock your browser only after finishing it The idea is simple: Language learning shouldn’t depend on motivation every day. Sometimes you just need a system that forces consistency. I built this mainly for myself because I kept procrastinating practice while spending hours online anyway. Turns out blocking distractions until I study first actually works. Would love to hear: Which language are you learning? Would this help you build consistency? What sites would you instantly block first? 😂 I’ll be here all day answering questions and collecting feedback. Thanks so much for checking out Sublingo Practice ❤️ - Thien
