Hello ProductHunt! This is Abhishek, founder of Strova.
Throughout my career leading engineering teams, one process always felt fundamentally broken -> "the morning standup". Updates were often vague, missing crucial details, or simply posted out of obligation. Because these morning updates should act as a treasure trove of data for reporting and forecasting, this lack of clarity rendered them almost useless.
The arrival of LLMs sparked a realization - this was a problem AI could actually solve. I built an ai agent that talks to engineers every morning, guiding them to extract the necessary details before formatting and posting the updates to the relevant boards. To complement this, I designed a comprehensive standup dashboard that clearly highlights blockers and ensures dependencies are perfectly aligned. Behind the scenes, the agent analyzes these updates to generate rich insights, tracking everything from individual engineer productivity to project-wise hourly progress.
I recently ran a pilot in an IT company of 60 engineers. It was a complex ecosystem to navigate, featuring overlapping teams, multiple simultaneous projects, and frequent context-switching. The results were striking: chaotic Daily Scrum Meetings (DSMs) that used to drag on for 50 minutes per team were transformed into streamlined, highly organized syncs that barely last 5 minutes. Blockers are now elevated as the absolute top priority—so much so that even the CEO can look at a dashboard and instantly know exactly which engineer, on which team, needs unblocking.
Some Snapshots from CEO Dashboard:
This is just v0 - Sprint Planning, OKRs, Planning, Retrospective and all are coming soon..
