What makes a personalized workout plan feel simple?

I am launching Stronger for Longer, a free browser-based workout planner built to remove the guesswork from choosing exercises, reps, and weights. It adapts to goals, experience, weekly schedule, facility type, effort, and joint limitations, with bodyweight and gym options.

The hardest design question has been balancing useful personalization with a setup that still feels quick and approachable. What information would you want a workout planner to ask for before generating your routine, and what would feel like too much? I would genuinely value feedback on clarity and ease of use.

It builds personalized, goal-paced routines for weight loss or muscle building using bodyweight, home-gym, cable-and-weight, or full-gym options.
