I built StrengthPeaking because I kept finding strength calculators that were either too cluttered, buried in old spreadsheets, covered in ads, or focused on only one specific lift or formula. The goal was to make a simple, fast collection of calculators for lifters who just want to enter their numbers and get useful training outputs straight away. Right now it includes calculators for 1RM estimates, Smolov Jr, 5/3/1, DUP, wave loading, DOTS, Wilks, and strength standards. I’m trying to keep it practical rather than overcomplicated: no signup, no app download, no spreadsheet required.
