Storybook(绘本生成) - Write important people into a book.

by
Storybook AI turns the people you cherish and the moments you cannot bear to forget into a personal AI picture book. A child's first steps, a meal shared around the family table, a street corner you once walked through with someone you love, or a chapter of growth and goodbye that belongs only to you: these memories should not fade with time. They deserve to be kept with warmth and care.

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Jerry, and I'm incredibly excited to share Storybook AI with you today. The initial spark for this project actually came from trying out similar features in mainstream AI tools like Gemini Gem. While the underlying AI models are undeniably powerful, I found the actual end-to-end user experience to be quite disjointed. They failed to seamlessly integrate these capabilities into a polished product that users can easily consume and enjoy. We all have precious moments—a child's first steps, a dinner with family, or a special trip—and they deserve a much better, warmer experience than a clunky AI chat interface. That’s why I decided to build Storybook AI myself. It’s an open-source tool that transforms your cherished photos and thoughts into personalized AI picture books with zero friction. ✨ Here is what it delivers: True End-to-End Generation: Seamlessly chains LLM, Image Generation, and TTS to turn your input into a complete story with matching illustrations and voiceovers. Immersive Experience: Provides a beautifully designed browser-based reading experience with page flipping. Export & Share: Save as a standalone HTML file, or export as an MP4 video to easily share with loved ones. Privacy First: Built with a local-first architecture (PostgreSQL via Docker) so your personal memories and photos stay strictly on your machine. As an AI engineer, I wanted to bridge the gap between raw model capabilities and genuine product value. It's fully open-source and built with Next.js. I’ll be here all day! I would love to hear your feedback, feature requests, or any questions you might have about the tech stack. Let me know what you think! ❤️🚀
