It’s story-node. This web app is providing tools to structure, visualize, and expand your creative worlds. It's aimed at writing and sharing multi-ending, non-main story pieces (e.g. character descriptions, fictional universe, etc.). Key Features: 📁 Organize with Folder Structures Easily arrange your posts into folder structures, making it simple to keep track of different storylines, chapters, or categories. 🔗 Link Your Posts Create links between your posts, allowing for intricate story branching and interconnected narratives. Perfect for developing complex plots or supplementary documents. 🌐 Visualize with Graphs Like Obsidian’s graph view, story-node offers: • Folder Tree Graph: Visualize your folder structures and see how your story elements are organized. • Post Link Graph: Understand the relationships between your posts and see how your story branches out. These visualization tools are ideal for managing non-linear stories or creating comprehensive documentation. ✍️ Customizable and Minimalist Viewer/Editor Experience a clean, minimalistic interface that you can customize to suit your preferences, making writing and editing a breeze. Autosave as you write drafts. 🌟 important notes story-node is a personal project born from a passion for development and storytelling. It’s currently in beta, so while you might encounter some design quirks or unusual experiences, rest assured that privacy and security are top priorities: • Minimal Data Collection: We collect minimal personal information. Apart from security cookies, no cookies are used. We don’t use password-based logins; For now, you can only sign in with Google. We use email for unique identification purposes only. No emails will be sent. So you can sign up with confidence. • Secure and Private: Our database is powered by Supabase, and all data is stored securely on AWS servers located in Northern California.
