StepSaga - A fitness RPG to play with your friends

StepSaga turns your daily training into a team adventure. Form a party with friends, progress through a story on a map together, and unlock a new stop each day. Stay active to win the day, take on dragons, and see who carries the team. Fitness, but something you do with people instead of a number you check alone.

Hey! I'm the solo maker behind StepSaga. A few years back I built a Tamagotchi-style fitness app, a little creature you kept alive by moving. I genuinely loved it, but it was a solo thing, and solo motivation faded for me eventually. What I actually wanted was to feel a responsibility to my friends. Something where me skipping a day meant the team didn't reach the next level, and showing up meant I helped carry everyone forward. I'm also a huge RPG fan, so I kept thinking: what if your training was the thing that moved a party through a story? That's StepSaga. You and your friends form a party and progress along a map together, unlocking a new stop each day. Everyone's activity feeds the team, so a strong week from one person can carry the others, you pass potions to whoever's falling behind, you vote together on which way to go when the path forks, and a boss is something you beat together. Any workout counts, not just steps. Would love your feedback, I've only tested this with friends and colleagues so far.
