Every time it asked for descaling I had to find the old box to see which product it was, and I never knew when I last did it. Same story with the water filter, the vacuum bags and the pet fountain. So I made a label that sits on the machine. Type the part and how often it needs changing, print the QR on normal paper and tape it on. Next time you scan it and see the exact part, the last change, the next due date and a search for the replacement. One tap logs a new change and gives you a fresh label with the history on it. The honest flip side: anyone who scans it can read it, so keep private things off it, and an old sticker never updates, you print a new one. It is free.
