Hey, I'm the solo developer behind Starry. I kept getting distracted even when I was trying to focus. I tried Pomodoro timers, but they weren't enough on their own. Then I noticed something. The moment I flipped my phone face-down, something shifted. With the screen out of sight, notifications couldn't pull my attention away. That one small action felt like a real commitment to focus.
