Stamp Rise

We built StampRise because paper stamp cards at events are broken, launching tomorrow

by

hey everyone

im Adam, founder of StampRise. we're launching tomorrow and i wanted to share the backstory before we go live.

i run an events production agency over the last decade ive produced expos, conferences, roadshows, gala dinners - hundreds of events.

and one problem keeps coming up at almost every single one:

how do you actually get attendees to visit all the booths, attend all the sessions, and stay engaged the whole day?

the old answer was paper stamp cards. you know the ones — print 500 cards, hand them out at registration, hope people dont lose them, then manually count stamps at the prize counter. it works... kind of. but you get zero data, sponsors cant see ROI, and half the cards end up on the floor.

so we built StampRise.

what it does:

  • attendees scan QR codes at booths, sessions, or activity stations to collect digital stamps

  • no app download, no login — works instantly on any phone browser

  • live leaderboards drive friendly competition between attendees

  • organisers set up prizes — physical rewards, digital vouchers, lucky draws, exclusive access

  • real-time analytics show exactly which booths were visited, which sessions were attended, and what drove the most engagement

who its for: event organisers, exhibition managers, conference teams, brand activation agencies, universities running open days, tourism boards running trail events — basically anyone who needs people to move through multiple touchpoints and wants to make it fun and trackable.

why i think this matters: sponsors are spending serious money on exhibition booths and activations. they want proof that people actually showed up. right now most organisers cant give them that data. StampRise gives organisers a way to track every single interaction AND make attendees genuinely enjoy the process.

we've been testing this with real events through our agency and the difference between "here's a paper card" and "scan this QR code to climb the leaderboard and win a prize" is night and day.

would love any feedback, questions, or roasting from the PH community. happy to answer anything about the product, the event industry, or what its like bootstrapping a SaaS while running an agency and raising 5 kids under 10.

launching tomorrow — if you find this interesting id really appreciate your support on launch day.

cheers adam
