I built StampName because invoice folders full of Invoice-0105.pdf are a pain at tax time, and I did not want to upload client documents to a cloud tool to fix it. Everything runs on the Mac: PDF text layer or Apple text recognition for scans, plus plain rules. Every value is outlined on the page in Review mode, uncertain rows wait for you, and any batch can be undone for free. You can try it with the built-in sample invoices before buying. Which invoices does it get wrong for you? That is how the rules improve.
