Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm David, I built Sprout. There's a small gap in everyone's life between the apps that exist and the app you actually want. A workout tracker that only tracks the three things you care about. A random picker for your friend group's dinner argument. A flashcard game for your kid's spelling list this week. None of these are worth building, and none of them are worth downloading a 40MB app with an account and a subscription for. Sprout is for exactly those. You type what you want in a sentence, and a few seconds later you have a working app at a link. No install, no signup for the people you send it to, no monthly fee for something you'll use twice. The part I'd point you at first isn't the making, though. It's the browsing and feed of other apps. Everything on Sprout is public and remixable, so you can scroll through what other people built, open something you like, and change one thing about it until it fits you. Someone's habit tracker becomes your habit tracker with your habits in it. That takes about as long as reading this comment. Software has always been something you accept as-is. Sprout is a bet that most people would rather bend it a little. Go make something small and silly today, then send it to one person. That's the whole thing.
