I started building Sprint Engine because I needed something that sat in the gap between a WordPress page and a full LMS. I wanted to guide someone through a focused, structured process one step at a time, with progress saved along the way - without courses, grades, certificates, complex learning hierarchies, or all the other machinery that comes with most LMS platforms.
What changed while building it was realising that the idea was much bigger than learning.
A Sprint doesn’t really have to be a course at all. It can be onboarding, an implementation process, a coaching journey, a business review, a guided assessment, a client workflow, or anything else where the user needs to move through a sequence of actions towards a clear outcome.
That shifted the product from “a simpler way to deliver structured learning” to something I now think of as a guided action platform for WordPress. That thinking has influenced a lot of the design: one step at a time, minimal distraction, saved progress, and deliberately keeping the core flexible rather than assuming what kind of journey people want to build.
I’m particularly interested to see what people use it for that I haven’t thought of yet. If you could build any guided, step-by-step experience inside WordPress, what would you use it for?
