Span - Remote Control for your Local Coding Agents

by
Agents run where your code is, but you lose visibility once you leave the terminal. Handing off to async code agents is even more opaque and often delivers sub-par results. Span is a control plane that lets you command local coding agents from a single web dashboard. Pair a device in seconds, spawn/stop sessions remotely, stream stdout/stderr and token usage live, and keep execution on your own machines with per-user/team isolation.

I am a busy father and husband. Finding time to sit at my terminal and write code outside of working hours is difficult. Coding agents like Codex, Gemini, and Claude Code make it easier to realize a vision, but even still, having the time to sit and craft meticulous prompts, debug, tinker, and deploy are all tedious tasks that can be quickly interrupted. Being able to do some of this work while attending to my responsibilities was key, and so I focused on developing a solution that allowed my local dev environment and the agents therein to be remotely accessible.
