Why we built SnapMonster
Hey everyone — I'm Charlie, one of the makers behind SnapMonster.
The idea started from a simple question: what if literally anything around you — a sneaker, a coffee mug, whatever's on your desk — could become a real card with its own stats and art? Not pre-made assets from a set, but something generated from the actual object you're holding.
So that's what SnapMonster does: snap a photo, our AI turns it into a one-of-a-kind monster card (custom art + power + element), then you build a 3v3 squad and battle other players turn-by-turn using elemental advantages, trade cards, and grow your collection. It's also fully playable in English and Japanese.
We're still early, so I'd love to hear: what's the first object you'd snap? And if you've already played it, tell us where the battle system feels off — still tuning it.
