SnapCraft - Turn photos into step-by-step craft plans

👋 Hey Product Hunt! I’m Brendan, maker of SnapCraft. SnapCraft started as a very personal project. My wife loves crafting, but what I kept seeing was how much time she spent before she could even start making anything. Hours (sometimes days or weeks) researching materials, watching tutorials, estimating costs, and prototyping just to see if an idea would actually work. We also know a lot of people who want to craft, but get stuck at that same step. They have inspiration, but turning it into a real, doable project feels overwhelming. So I built SnapCraft to close that gap. You snap a photo of something you love (or find on Pinterest), and SnapCraft turns it into a clear, step-by-step plan, materials, cost range, time estimate, techniques, and build steps, so you can spend less time planning and more time making. This is an early launch, and I’d genuinely love feedback from makers, crafters, and anyone who’s ever abandoned a project before it even started.
