SmallSparkIdeas - 10 small SaaS ideas a month, dug out of real complaints

Hey all I keep a Google Sheet called ideas. It's about 230 rows deep. Every one of them went in on a night when I was certain I'd finally cracked it. There's a status column at the end, and it is a wall of the word "Nope". Turns out I am quite good at building things nobody asked for. That used to be an expensive way to learn. Now it's cheap. I can get a real prototype up in a weekend with Cursor or Claude Code. Which is exactly the problem. When building gets cheap, the bottleneck moves. It stopped being "can I build this" and became "is this worth building at all" — and I was answering that with my own imagination, which is the worst available source. So I turned it around. Instead of thinking up ideas, I went looking for complaints. Support threads where someone is clearly furious. Subreddit rants that got two hundred upvotes and no reply. GitHub repos with an issue from 2021 that just says "is anyone still maintaining this?" Places where a stranger has already told you, unprompted and in public, that something is broken.
