Slumber - Track your sleep with your friends and build better habits!

by
Most sleep trackers are single-player, making it hard to stay motivated. Slumber turns sleep tracking into a social experience for both iOS and Android. Instead of just logging data in a vacuum, you can track your nightly metrics, visualize your trends, and connect with your friends to hold each other accountable. See who is actually getting the best rest and build healthier habits together.

Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I spent the past couple of months building a new side project called Slumber, a free social app where you can share your sleep data with friends. It's basically "Strava for sleep" lol. Slumber pulls your sleep data directly from Apple Health, Android Health Connect, or Google Fit. That means any health device that syncs to those sources (Whoop, Oura Ring, Apple Watch, Garmin, COROS, Fitbit, etc.) will automatically work in Slumber. When you wake up, the app prompts you to post last night's sleep to the feed where your friends can react and comment. These posts include your raw sleep data, as well as any notes or factors that contributed to your sleep (including dreams!). My favorite feature is the analytics. I've always found generic "sleep scores" hard to digest, since a single number doesn't give me much signal on how my habits actually compare to others. Slumber solves this by letting you directly compare your sleep trends with your close friends. This started out as just a random idea I thought would be cool, and hope y'all think it's cool too! This is my first published app and I'm still trying to figure things out, so I'd love it if you grabbed a few friends and gave it a try (it's definitely more fun with friends). Any feedback, questions, or suggestions are welcomed and encouraged! 🙏
