Slumber - iOS Social Sleep tracking. Strava for sleep.

Wearable sleep scores never told me if I actually slept well. Slumber reads Apple Health and lets you post your night for friends to see, with a Compare tab for side-by-side stats (asleep, deep, REM, bedtime, wake events). Baseline from people you know, not a population average. Works with Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, Garmin. iOS, free. Best with a friend on it.

Hey PH! I'm Ryan, solo dev behind Slumber. I've tracked sleep for years (using my Apple Wetch) and kept ending up with a ton of data and no idea what any of it meant. The morning score from your ring or watch isn't a great signal on its own. What actually helped was seeing how people I know slept and comparing side by side. So I built Slumber. Reads Apple Health, you post your night, friends see it in a feed. Compare tab for stats next to each other over a week or a month. Dream journal built in (private or shared). Manual logs for nights without a wearable, but those stay out of Compare so they don't skew averages. iOS only for now, free, no ads. Honestly useless without a friend on it too, so if you try it, grab someone to join you. Would love feedback on whether the feed or Compare grid is what you'd actually open on a bad morning. Happy to answer anything about HealthKit, the hypnogram UI, or the general tech stack! Thanks :)

Curious how the social posts actually look like. Just raw numbers or is there some kind of vibe summary friends can react to?

Glad you asked! Its a combination of the raw sleep data but also includes user inputted metadata around how they feel, any notes, dreams, location, etc.

Here is an example:

clicking on the post itself shows a more detailed version of the feed card:
