Does it do any processing of the download? Rename, art, copy to nas, so on.

Yep, all that, fully automated. It's pretty great for that alone.

By far the best way to automatically manage and download TV shows from Usenet/Torrents, or just to organize your own local TV archive for viewing in Plex or Kodi.
I've been looking for a good solution for this. Do you know if this forces upload?

upload to where? Downloads are all automated and updates to Plex are automated
I just mean if it's like any kind of client that forces you to upload/share while downloading or anything.

If using newsgroups there's only one way and that's downloading to your computer (though you need to pay a little for newsgroup services). If torrent, then it's whatever you set your seeding to. Either way there's no other uploading or such.

URL has changed for this - is the proper one. There was a split in the open-source developer community and this is the best resulting product.
