This is actually really handy, I think of Slack as an extension of myself at this point, it's second nature but back when I started using it, this would have saved a lot of time!
I couldn't imagine what it would be like to use a product, while beautifully designed and well thought out, like Slack if you were coming from a historically non-technical industry/setting. I think this would help!

Cool bot! I think it would be great if you could create your own tutorials for certain channels but other than that nice addition for people just starting out.
