@joeadamg This currently a limitation because we don't want users to be spammed.

@renebrandel @joeadamg Why don't you let the user decide on this? Intercom, Drift, and so on, they all think there are other solutions than forcing a potential customer to login. Just saying- i would prefer using Skype (which I use daily) instead of another messaging app.
