SiteGuard - Check site security before you click

I built SiteGuard after noticing how often people visit unfamiliar websites without knowing whether they are safe or reliable. Many users rely on guesswork or search results to judge credibility, which can lead to risky decisions like downloading files or sharing personal information on questionable sites. I wanted to create a simple tool that gives users a quick, understandable signal before they interact with a website. The initial idea was to focus on basic trust indicators that are publicly available, such as secure connections and domain stability, and present them in a clear format rather than overwhelming users with technical data. During development, the process evolved from a small experiment into a practical web tool that prioritizes speed, simplicity, and transparency. The goal was not to replace security software, but to provide an easy first step that helps people make more informed decisions while browsing.
