I constantly need to upload images to some services from my iPhone. However, they still do not recognize HEIC format. I tried many times to find a built-in option to export images as JPEGs, but no luck. Finally, I've developed the most simple way to convert images via Share Sheet extension. A couple of conversion settings available to tune the expected result. That's it.
