Where do you put tasks that don’t fit into a project?

I’m building Simple Task for keeping track of personal tasks. Some fit neatly into a project; others belong to a system, a component, or just a process I need to keep an eye on.

How do you handle those? Do you group them by context, or just throw them into one big list? I’d love to hear what works for you—and what gets annoying.
