Where do you put tasks that don’t fit into a project?

I m building Simple Task for keeping track of personal tasks. Some fit neatly into a project; others belong to a system, a component, or just a process I need to keep an eye on.

How do you handle those? Do you group them by context, or just throw them into one big list? I d love to hear what works for you and what gets annoying.
