Trusted Unlock is the feature I most want feedback on: during a protection window, you can request temporary access from someone you trust, who can approve or decline. It gives you a way to ask before changing your plan in a difficult moment. The feature is optional; Sicuur also includes a personal plan, a guided 60-second Pause, private check-ins and optional Apple Screen Time protection for selected apps.
