Hi Product Hunt community! 👋 I’m the maker of ShiftBear. I built this because I noticed how unnecessarily complicated most team scheduling tools have become. I wanted to create something that gets out of the way and lets you focus on your work rather than the logistics of the shift. The Problem: Managing a team's schedule often involves messy spreadsheets or expensive, bloated software. I wanted to build the "simplest way" to handle this. The Journey: What started as a simple shift tracker evolved into a more collaborative tool as I realized how much friction exists in team communication regarding availability.
