A lot has changed since our first launch!

The biggest changes:

🔐 Zero-Knowledge Vault
Credentials are encrypted client-side. ShellMate's backend only stores ciphertext, we don't have access to your decrypted credentials.

🛡️ Zero-Trust Access
Short-lived access, device-aware authorization, and controlled permissions, rather than blindly trusting long-lived credentials.

☁️ AWS SSM

Connect to AWS instances through Session Manager without opening SSH port 22 or distributing SSH keys.

🤖 AI Infrastructure Investigation
Use AI to investigate incidents across logs, services, containers, databases, and system resources.

🧰 Much more infrastructure tooling
Terminal, Docker, Redis, MySQL, SFTP, logs, ports, tunnels, services, cron, Git, and more — all in one workspace.

The bigger vision is simple:
