I’m Sérgio, the creator of ShapeScan.

ShapeScan turns a simple photo of an object placed on an A4 sheet into true-scale SVG, DXF and STL files.

Print a reference sheet, take a photo, upload it — and you get files ready for 3D printing, CNC or laser cutting, without manual tracing or complex CAD.

I built this because I kept wasting time tracing parts that already existed in the real world.
