How our users showed us the way: Shadow 2.0 Launching Soon

A user told us something we couldn't ignore: "I hang up, and there's a new to-do list every single time. I feel like a robot running endlessly."

We started Shadow to make conversations smarter: surfacing context mid-call so you never miss a beat. People used it. But the more we listened, the more we heard the same thing: every call ends, and a new to-do list begins.

We did the maths. 5 calls a day. 20 minutes of post-call admin. 5 days a week. That's 8+ hours, one full working day, gone to busywork, every week.

So we rebuilt it around one question: what if Shadow handled the to-dos before you hung up?

Shadow 2.0 does that — and two things make it meaningfully different from our previous version:

  • No bot joins your call. It runs on your desktop, invisible to everyone else on the call.

  • Auto-detects your meetings. No setup. The moment a call starts, Shadow is already listening.

Launching Soon! What's the one thing you'd most want to be knocked off after a call? Drop it below.
