Serçe launches tomorrow — ask us anything about building a self-hosted Discord alternative

Hey Product Hunt,

Serçe goes live here tomorrow (July 28, 12:01 AM PDT), and we wanted to open this up before launch day gets busy.

A few things that might be interesting to this community:

• We run our own self-hosted voice/video infrastructure (LiveKit on our own servers) instead of a third-party real-time API — mainly to control costs and own our data at this stage.

• The whole product — servers, channels, roles, 15+ in-voice mini-games, a bot marketplace and developer API — has been built and shipped fast, iterating weekly based on user feedback.

• It's built specifically for Turkey, where no modern, well-designed local community platform existed despite huge Discord usage there.
