I started building Sentimo after noticing something while working with e-commerce teams: most brands want to reply to customer reviews, but it becomes too time-consuming to do consistently. So reviews often stay unanswered, or responses become rushed and generic. Sentimo helps brands automatically moderate and reply to reviews with AI. Each review is analyzed with multiple signals (sentiment, sarcasm, constructiveness, respect) so brands can create flexible rules like: • auto-publish helpful reviews • flag problematic ones • generate replies automatically when appropriate Replies can also use product or brand context so they stay consistent with the brand voice.
