The hardest part of selling in DMs isn't replying. It's remembering what happens next.

Imagine this:

A customer asks about a product. You answer their questions, they say, "I'll think about it," and you decide to follow up tomorrow.

Then more messages arrive. That conversation gets buried. A day later, you either forget about the customer or open the chat and have to piece together the entire context again.

Multiply that by dozens of conversations, and small things start costing you sales.

The problem isn't always getting customers. Sometimes, it's losing track of the ones you already have.

Most small sellers don't need another complicated CRM. They need a simple way to keep conversations organized, remember promises, and know exactly what to do next.

That's why I'm building SellerOS.

It's a Telegram-first workspace designed to help small sellers stay on top of their customer conversations. You can organize customers, keep useful information and FAQ answers in one place, draft replies with AI that takes your communication style into account, and create follow-up tasks connected to the original message.

The part I'm especially focused on is context.

A reminder shouldn't just say "Follow up with Alex." It should help you remember why you're following up, what the customer last said, and what you intended to do next.

Because a reminder without context is just another task to figure out.

SellerOS is my attempt to make that entire workflow simpler, without taking control away from the seller or turning every conversation into an automated sales sequence.

I'm getting ready to launch on Product Hunt, and I'd rather build something people genuinely need than assume I already know all the answers.

So here's what I'd love to hear from you:

If you sell products or services through Telegram, Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, or another messaging app, what's the biggest headache?

  • Forgetting to follow up with interested customers?

  • Losing important details in long conversations?

  • Answering the same questions over and over?

  • Or something else entirely?

And what do you currently use to deal with it?

I'd genuinely appreciate your perspective. Even one real example of a problem you've encountered could help me make SellerOS better.
