Workshop certificate workflows: test a PDF roster check, or bring one software question
I'm looking for workshop and training operators with an upcoming certificate batch to understand where the work actually gets stuck. I'm developing two related offers, and neither has a paid checkout open.
If you already have a combined PDF: RosterSplit matches pages to a CSV roster, names recipient files and reports missing recipients, ambiguous matches, unexpected page counts and possible duplicate pages. The free beta checks the whole roster and exports the first 3 recipients plus reports. Documents stay in your browser. There are clean and problem samples, so you can try it without uploading private files: https://rostersplit-free-beta.gunnieverse.chatgpt.site/
It needs extractable text and a unique recipient ID on every page. It cannot handle scans, encrypted PDFs or interactive forms. Please review assignments before sending anything.
If you are choosing certificate software instead: I'm testing an AI-assisted comparison service using official sources. A useful first check is the billing unit: 200 certificates a month is 2,400 certificates a year, but could mean 200 recurring recipients or 2,400 different people. Those are different purchasing requirements. A headline price alone does not settle that comparison.
Reply here with either:
1. PDF workflow: approximate batch size, whether each page has an ID, and the step you currently do manually. I can help check whether the beta fits and work through sample issues.
2. Software choice: the two products you are considering, approximate annual unique recipients, one must-have feature and your decision date. I'll check one narrow question for free and reply with source links and any unresolved points.
Please do not share recipient names, documents or credentials. No purchase or signup to either offer is required. These are early validation offers, not established customer results. Which part of your current process costs you the most time?
