What wellness data do you wish lived in one place?

NutriFit started from a simple frustration: personal wellness data is everywhere, but almost never connected.
Nutrition may live in one app, body measurements in another, lab results in PDFs, workouts in a fitness tracker, supplements in notes, and conversations with a nutritionist or trainer in chats. Even when all of this data exists, it is difficult to see the full picture or understand how different parts of your lifestyle change over time.
We are building NutriFit as a unified wellness platform that brings these pieces together in one place.
The platform currently focuses on areas such as:
nutrition and food tracking;
body measurements and composition;
lab results and biomarker history;
workouts and physical activity;
supplements;
wearable and Apple Health data;
progress over time;
collaboration with nutritionists, trainers and wellness consultants.
One of the ideas we are especially interested in is making this information useful not only as separate dashboards, but as connected personal data. For example, being able to look at nutrition, activity, sleep, body metrics and lab results together instead of switching between five different services.
We are also experimenting with AI as an interface to this data. NutriFit has an MCP integration that allows AI assistants such as ChatGPT to interact with a user's NutriFit data through permissioned tools. The goal is not to replace professionals or turn the product into a medical service, but to make structured wellness information easier to work with.
We are still early, and this is exactly the stage where outside perspectives are most useful.
I would really like to know:
What health or wellness information do you currently track?
Which apps or devices do you use for it?
What data do you wish were connected but currently live in separate places?
Would you find it useful to share the same data workspace with a nutritionist, trainer or other wellness professional?
What would make a platform like this genuinely useful enough for you to keep using it?
I’m especially interested in answers from people who already use multiple health, fitness or nutrition tools.
NutriFit launches here on Product Hunt soon, and I’d love to use the feedback from this thread to understand what people actually want from a unified wellness platform.
