What if your AirPods could stop doomscrolling AND track your workouts?

Hey everyone 👋

I’ve been building a fitness app called AirJump, and I recently added some interesting updates I’d love feedback on.

The core idea is:

👉 AirJump uses your AirPods to count your jump rope reps in real time
👉 It shows everything live on your iPhone
👉 It also includes structured workout plans to help you stay consistent

But the most interesting feature is this:

🔥 You can connect AirJump with addictive apps like Instagram using Shortcuts.

So when you try to open Instagram, you get a choice:

  • Take a deep breath first 😮‍💨

  • Do 5 jumps before opening it 🪢

  • Or block it completely 🚫

The goal is simple:
Turn screen addiction into movement.
