Website builders: what would you let clients change with AI

I’m working on Fork, from the team behind Pickaxe. It lets you build client websites and give clients controlled AI access to make their own updates.

I’d love input from people who build websites for clients: which changes would you feel comfortable letting clients make themselves, and which should always need your approval?

Text, images, new sections, pricing, layout? Where would you draw the line?
