We’re building MedicSort.com — and I want your toughest product feedback

I’m building MedicSort.com, a digital healthcare platform designed around a simple principle:

People shouldn’t need to understand the healthcare system before they can start asking for help.

At the center of MedicSort is Angella, our AI health assistant.

A user can describe a health concern naturally instead of having to know the correct medical terminology first.

But MedicSort is being built as more than an AI chat.

Our broader direction brings together health information, symptom exploration, healthcare navigation, educational content, multilingual access, and healthcare discovery in one connected environment.

The idea is to reduce the fragmented experience many people have today.

One question in an AI tool.

Another search in Google.

Another website for medical information.

Another service to find healthcare.

Another map.

Another tab.

We think more of that journey can eventually work together.

What we are NOT trying to build

We are not trying to position MedicSort as a replacement for doctors.

AI cannot reproduce a complete medical examination, testing, professional judgment, or the context available to a healthcare professional.

For us, the interesting opportunity exists around professional healthcare:

helping people understand information,

organize their questions,

navigate available options,

and recognize when professional care may be appropriate.

Why I’m posting this here

I don’t want Product Hunt feedback that simply says:

“Looks great!”

I’d rather know what’s wrong.

If you visit MedicSort.com, I’d love you to look at it like a product builder and answer any of these:

Can you understand what MedicSort is within the first few seconds?

What would you click first?

What feels confusing?

Which part of the product would you remove?

What would make you trust it more?

What would prevent you from using it?

And there is one question I’m particularly interested in:

If MedicSort.com could become exceptionally good at only ONE thing, what should that one thing be?

AI health assistant?

Healthcare navigation?

Health education?

Finding appropriate care?

Something else?

MedicSort is still evolving, which makes this feedback far more valuable now than after every product decision has already been made.
