We're #9 with zero customers and a landing page that says so
I posted this morning about Pesterly. It chases your clients for the things you're waiting on files, forms, logins, an answer to a question you've already asked three times.
It's sitting at #9, which is more than I expected from a product with no customers, no logos, and a page that admits both.
The thing I keep turning over: there's a line on my landing page that says "there are no customer logos on this page because there aren't any yet." I nearly cut it last week. I thought it looked weak. It got mentioned more today than any actual feature did.
Being the only person in the room not claiming traction turns out to be its own kind of traction. I did not plan that.
What it does, briefly: you write a list of what you need from a client. It emails them from your own Gmail, then follows up on day 3, 7 and 10 each message shorter than the last, listing only what hasn't arrived. Your client clicks one link. No account, no password, works on a phone. Files land in your own Google Drive. It stops by itself when the last thing turns up.
Honest limits: Gmail and Workspace only, no Outlook. No OCR, no AI reading your clients' files deliberate. And zero customers, as covered.
Still reading every comment. If you chase clients for anything, tell me where your process breaks.
That's the part I can act on tomorrow.
