We built VocaLoop because voice agents keep hitting the same wall.
They can talk.
They can reason.
They can call APIs.
They can update your CRM.
But then you ask them to collect an email address, an ID, an address, a document, a payment or anything with multiple fields and suddenly the experience becomes:
“Can you spell that?”
“Sorry, can you repeat that?”
“I’ll send you a link after the call.”
That last one is where a lot of workflows turn into follow-ups instead of completed calls.
So we built VocaLoop.
It lets a voice agent trigger a form during the call over WhatsApp, SMS or email. The user completes the structured input while they're still talking to the agent, and the response comes back into the conversation.
It works as a tool inside your existing voice stack including Vapi, Retell, ElevenLabs and LiveKit.
The idea is simple:
Voice-first, not voice-only.
We're launching @VocaLoop on Product Hunt and would genuinely love feedback from other people building voice agents.
What information have you found hardest to collect reliably over voice?
And how are you handling it today?
