We Built Foursite So a Two-Person Design Studio Can Walk Into a Pitch Like a Twenty-Person Firm.

by

My co-founder and I are engineers. We built a product for an industry we had never worked in. What pulled us there was a problem we kept hearing described in almost exactly the same words by interior designers at every stage of their career.

'We lose pitches not because our design is worse. We lose because we cannot show it the way the big firms can.'

The big firms have render pipelines. They have dedicated visualization teams. They commission photorealistic 3D interiors as a standard pitch cost. The small studio is presenting a mood board and a portfolio PDF and hoping the client can imagine the gap.

That gap costs small studios projects they should win. And we thought: this is a solvable problem. Not by giving every small studio a visualization team, but by building a tool that makes one designer as capable as a whole production pipeline.

takes 2D floor plans and architectural blueprints and converts them into photorealistic AI 3D interior renders in minutes. The technology is patent pending. The output is the client's actual room, in the designer's chosen materials, lighting, and layout, rendered at a quality level that used to require an outsourced studio and a six-week wait.

We built it for the two-person studio who has a pitch tomorrow. For the designer who knows their concept is right but cannot show it in a way that competes with a firm three times their size. For the residential specialist who loses to a generalist because the generalist has a render team.

What we found after building it: the problem is much larger than we expected. It is not just pitch quality. It is client approval cycles. It is renovation briefs where clients cannot visualize their own space. It is pre-construction projects where buyers need to see a space before they will commit.

So we also built . Upload a photo of the existing room. Choose a style. See the redesign. For every designer working in residential renovation, this is the tool that collapses the 'I can't quite picture it' phase of every client meeting.

Both tools are live. Both are built for practitioners, not for enterprises with visualization departments.

The small studio has always had the better design eye and the more personal service. We built the tool that lets them prove it in the room where it counts.
