We built Flowti because AI agents should take action, not just answer messages
Hi Makers! I’m Rafael, founder of Flowti, and today we’re launching on Product Hunt.
Flowti started from a simple observation: businesses receive the same questions every day through WhatsApp and web chat, but answering those questions is only part of the work.
Someone still needs to qualify the lead, search for information, schedule an appointment, register data, trigger an action, or transfer the conversation to the right person.
That’s why we built Flowti: a platform where businesses can create AI agents, connect them to visual conversation flows, give them access to tools and data sources, and coordinate multiple specialized agents.
One of our biggest lessons has been that generating an AI response is the easy part. The real challenge is making agents reliable enough to understand context, execute the correct action, and know when to involve a human.
