Theo — The AI that knows how your company actually works

Hey everyone!

I'm building Theo and looking for early feedback before we launch properly.

The problem:
Every company loses years of knowledge when key people leave. It's already in your Slack threads, emails, Google Drive, Docs, etc. it's just not organized or searchable.

What Theo does:
Connects to your Slack, Gmail, Drive, etc. and automatically turns everything buried in there into a knowledge base anyone on the team can search in plain English. Ask "who handles vendor contracts?" or "what's our refund process?" and get a cited answer pulled from your company's own data.

Also does:
Runs structured AI interviews with key employees to extract knowledge that's never been written down anywhere, so it stays with the company when they leave.

Traction so far:
Posted about the problem on Reddit. 39k views and 140+ comments organically in 8 hours. The problem clearly resonates.

I'm looking for honest feedback and a few early users to pilot free.
