Should a trader’s reputation be based on P&L alone?

by

For years, trading performance has mostly been reduced to one number: P&L.

But does making money actually tell us how good a trader is?

What about risk management, consistency, discipline, trade quality, and how someone performs over time?

This is the problem we’ve been thinking about while building AMXINZ.

We’re building a platform where a trader’s history can become more than a collection of screenshots or a P&L number — it can become a transparent, data-driven reputation.

AMXINZ automatically turns trading activity into a structured profile with performance data, trading history, XP, and reputation.

Tomorrow, we’re releasing the first full version of AMXINZ.

I’d genuinely love to hear from other traders, builders, and investors:

What do you think should actually determine a trader’s reputation?

P&L?
Consistency?
Risk management?
Something else?

Would love to hear your thoughts.
