All my life, I’ve been building enterprise software — starting companies, scaling products, and successfully exiting ventures.
This is the first time I’m building a SaaS product for SMBs, and I quickly realized go-to-market here is completely different from enterprise sales driven by channel partners and RevOps teams.
For SMBs, growth happens in communities: Product Hunt, LinkedIn, Hacker News, Reddit, and niche forums. Success depends on having accounts in good standing, understanding each community’s culture, researching relevant discussions, and contributing meaningful comments without breaking forum rules.
So I built responsible community research agents.
The system researches and identifies threads relevant to your company context and ICP — use cases, pain points, competitor discussions, and product categories.
It reads the full thread and comments before drafting thoughtful, context-aware replies that subtly communicate your value without spamming or violating community guidelines.
Every action is audited. Human collaboration is built in through a Kanban workflow. Unlike rogue bots, these agents operate with strict governance rules: limited scans, controlled posting frequency, and time-gated actions.
I originally built this for myself, but if there’s enough interest, I may launch it on Product Hunt later this week.
