Hey everyone! 👋

Excited to formally introduce ourselves to the Product Hunt community. I’m Dmitrii, founder at NovAsia.

For the past couple of years, we’ve been running property intelligence and cataloging across emerging Southeast Asian markets (primarily Thailand and Cambodia). If you’ve ever looked into buying property abroad, you already know the biggest problem: opaque data, fragmented local laws, and heavy broker bias.

🤖 What we’re building

We’re currently developing an autonomous AI Due Diligence & Yield Intelligence Assistant designed to de-risk cross-border real estate investments.

Instead of just acting as another property search chatbot, the system is designed to ingest and audit complex, non-standardized real estate documentation:

• Contract & Legal Auditing: Parsing multi-language Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPAs), foreign ownership quotas, and title documents to flag hidden fees, non-standard clauses, and legal red flags.

• Developer Risk Scoring: Cross-referencing municipal construction permits, developer delivery history, and escrow safeguards.

• Real Net Yield Modeling: Calculating realistic ROI by factoring in true local maintenance costs, currency fluctuations, historical occupancy curves, and tax liabilities.

🌍 We’re hiring (100% Remote)

To take this engine from internal prototype to a scalable platform, we are expanding our core team globally:

1. AI / LLM Engineers: Strong experience with multi-agent workflows, vision-language models for document parsing (complex PDFs/contracts), and structured RAG pipelines.

2. Full-Stack Engineers (React / Next.js / Python): Builders who love crafting clean, fast interfaces and data-dense dashboards.

3. PropTech / Data Analysts: People passionate about real estate economics, market modeling, and structuring messy real-world data.

We operate fully remotely, value high autonomy, and care about shipping real utility over hype.
