Rebuilding the CogniFocus Experience Before Launch
Currently doing a massive polish/rework pass across the entire app before launch on June 1.
Weāve been moving away from static screens, dead UI and generic productivity flows towards living scenes, reactive motion, behavioral atmosphere, and emotionally aware interactions.
Over the last days we redesigned:

ā¢ focus interruption moments
ā¢ companion reveal pacing
ā¢ Shield activation flows
ā¢ app blocking setup
ā¢ CTA motion systems
ā¢ atmospheric transitions
ā¢ reactive UI behavior
ā¢ motion hierarchy across screens
A surprising amount of work ended up being: āRemove things that feel like normal productivity appsā š
Tiny motion timing and emotional pacing changed the feel of the entire app.
