I do naam jap every morning and got tired of counter apps that either bury the screen in ads or lock the basics behind a subscription. That felt wrong for something people use to pray. So I built Jaap Daily, and run it as a seva project under Spark WA Foundation โ€” inspired by the teachings of Pujya Premanand Ji Maharaj.

The one rule: free, ad-free, no paywall โ€” permanently. No Pro tier, ever.

๐Ÿ“ฟ 108-bead mala, haptics, and a mala-completion bell
๐Ÿ•‰๏ธ 74 built-in naams and 39 mantras across Hindu, Jain, and Buddhist traditions, in native script โ€” or add your own in any language
๐Ÿ“– Sangrah: 114 Chalisa and Aarti texts (51 Chalisas, 63 Aartis) โ€” Devanagari, transliteration, and English meaning, line by line
๐ŸŽค Karaoke Mode โ€” naam or mantra highlighted line by line as you tap, beads keeping pace
๐Ÿ”Š Volume-button counting โ€” chant without looking at the screen
๐Ÿ–ผ๏ธ Focus mode โ€” full-screen wallpaper or your own photo/video behind the count
๐Ÿ“Š Streaks, insights, and Anushthan (vowed-count) tracking
โ˜๏ธ Sync across devices, fully offline, plus iCloud/Google Drive backup
โŒš iOS ยท Android ยท Apple Watch counting ยท home screen widgets
๐ŸŒ 20 UI languages

Everything ships on both platforms from one codebase โ€” Flutter, Firebase, Cloudflare.

What I'd love to hear: which naam, mantra, Chalisa, or Aarti should I add next โ€” and if you chant, what would make this fit your practice better?
