Is AI making sales outreach better or just noisier?
We have just launched Handful and I’m curious what people here think about where AI-powered sales is heading.
There are now tools that can find prospects, write personalised messages, send outreach and even interact with people automatically.
But I’ve started wondering whether the more interesting opportunity is actually helping people find the right conversations, rather than automating the conversation itself.
For example, if someone is publicly talking about a problem that your company can solve, wouldn't it be more useful to know about that conversation while it's happening and then decide yourself whether to join it?
That feels quite different from traditional automated outreach.
Curious what others think: Would you rather have AI automate more of your outreach, or surface fewer, genuinely relevant opportunities for you to act on yourself?
